How do we work?

Our way of working relies and the constant communication with our client from whom we need not only the content of the site but also a feedback on the aspect and functionality of the web site.

Defining Site's Purpose

The first step consists of defining exactly the web site's objectives. We will propose a development plan strictly for you which doesn't imply any obligation from you. If you consider that we can't realize everything you ask, you can quit anytime. The document we will create for you will contain our proposal for the web site's development, promoting, reserving a domain name, buying a web hosting package.

Evaluation and Price Negociation:

Our prices are established taking into accout the complexity of the site and the time needed to finish it. If in the course of the project's development the client chages some components or decides to give up some, the prices may increase or decrease, depending on the situation.

Signing the Contract

Once the purpose of the site is fully established and the price negotiation is over the contract for developing the site is signed and the client will pay an amout of 40% of the total price in advance. Once this advance is payed we start the first step of production, designing the graphic layout.

Designing the Graphic Layout

The graphic layout is a static image which we'll be the starting point of the site. You will be able to check the evolution of the site and you will be able to give us your feedback. Once you're completely satisfied with the layout we will pass to the next step. You can view some layout examples on www.gecotemplates.com

Creating the Final Version

We'll start processing and adding images, editing text, tables, lists, forms etc. You will pe able to check the project by visiting www.gecotemplates.com/client.

Promotion

When the site is ready we'll move it to your server and we'll start promoting activities. Our objective is to make the site have a good position in search engines' results, in relation to the keywords that define your activity.

Final step

Both us and the client establish the payment method. After the full payment is complete we will go to the next faze.

Maintenance

If you chose our content management system we will train your personell to use it or you could pay us a montly fee for maintenance.
